Hi! I'm Jae, and it's nice to e-meet you! I'm usually not a person on social media at all, but sometimes life can shift you into another direction and you'll find yourself doing or trying something totally out of your comfort zone. I never would have thought I'd be writing a blog or engaging in social media, but here I am. So thank you for your time, I greatly appreciate it.

First, let me tell you a few things about myself. I'm a average person like you and life can be challenging, but I've grown to a place of peace even in the midst of those challenges. I want to help others go through those difficult periods and come out stronger. I'm a mother with two adult children, and we've definitely had our challenges. So I get it! Just like everyone else, we're all trying to get through life with as little scars as possible. If I can help make the sting of life a little less painful or managable, it will all be worth it. We'll be alright, even if it doesn't feel like it at the moment. Now, let's jump in!

I've learned to believe in embracing the unknown with faith and optimisim. Why?

We might as well because we're in it whether we want to be or not. Whatever your situation is, there is a way to look at it, and handle it with grace. Your perspective can play a huge part in that and it can help with facing your situation head on. It will give you strength to push your way through. If you're struggling with grief, that is a tough one no matter what your perspective is. This one takes time, love, and support from those around you, and most importantly, from our Heavenly Father. If you are alone, there is always help with organizations such as your church or a spiritual leader you trust with your heart. Be careful, your heart is strong, but it is also fragile.
